Welcome to Day 3 of my new series: 365 Days of Children’s Books!
My goal is to share one of our favorite books with you each day of the 2016 year.
Today I’d like to introduce you to Planes by Byron Barton.

Planes by Byron Barton
When my oldest child was a toddler and even into his preschool years, Planes was a book that we read over and over.
In fact, we checked it out from the library so many times, that I just bought us a copy. My son was so thrilled!
In typical Byron Barton fashion, the text is simple, yet dense enough that even Kindergartners and First Graders will enjoy this book.
If you have a child that is interested in planes, this is a must read!
Because several of my children have loved All Things Transportation, I have quite a few transportation worksheets and printables available.
Check out Planes from your library, download a few activities, and have a neat transportation unit study!
