Christmas Birth of Jesus Crossword Puzzle Packet
Nothing is more worthy of studying than the life of our Savior, Jesus Christ! Use this Christmas Birth of Jesus Crossword Puzzle packet to take a deep dive into the days before Jesus’ birth, his actual birth, and then the visitors that worshipped him after following the star.
Use this crossword packet to look deeply at the verses in the Books of Matthew and Luke, as we understand and think on the events surrounding Jesus’ birth. These crosswords will definitely require a Bible and a bit of time to complete.
After reading the Bible verses that are included at the top of each puzzle, start to fill in the missing blanks and answer the questions in the puzzle clues. I created each of these puzzles using the books of Matthew and Luke in the English Standard Version. Certainly you can use any version of the Bible, but you might have to tweak the words a bit to get the “correct” answer according to the puzzle.
Each puzzle includes a variety of questions regarding the Scripture and fill-in-the-blank style answers.
I intentionally did not include a word bank, as to encourage looking up each of the Scripture references that are provided with each clue. You will see the verse denoted as (V. _) to indicate the reference.
