How do I retrieve my files that I purchased?
Once you have purchased your items, you’ll receive a PayPal confirmation. This email will go to the same address that you use for PayPal or Stripe.
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with your download links. Please give the system up to 15 minutes to deliver this email.
I never received the email with the download links to my purchases. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder. Very often, email addresses from aol, hotmail, and addresses linked to school systems will place this email in the junk or spam folder.
Also, if you’re using gmail, check your other tabs in addition to your spam folder.
If you still can’t find the email and you’re certain your payment has cleared PayPal, feel free to contact me.
Why should I create an account at Mama’s Learning Corner?
Creating a free account at Mama’s Learning Corner is your best and easiest option for downloading your purchases.
You’ll be able to verify your purchases and download them again in the future if necessary.
ALL purchases and free products that you download from Mama’s will be in your account for you to access. Just click on the ‘My Account’ tab at the very top of the page and enter your information.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy your packets?
Definitely not! I require that all purchases are made through PayPal or Stripe, however, there is an option to use a credit card, debit card, or e-check with both of those payment platforms.
Do you offer samples of paid products?
Yes! Just click on the product you’re interested in, and you’ll see several small images below the large picture. Click on these to enlarge the pages and take a look at the sample pages.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital goods, I do not offer refunds or exchanges which includes the All Access Pass.
