Seed Writing Activities

Studying seeds and how they grow is always a favorite topic with children.  It’s fascinating to watch a plant’s progress each day!

Use these writing and observation tools to help your children learn about how a seed grows.

This is How a Seed Grows Booklet

There are three options available for using this Seed Booklet:

  1. Print the booklet with text, arrange the pages in the correct order, and read and read some more!
  2. Print the booklet without text, print the writing prompts, and students glue the prompts on the correct page of seed growth.
  3. Print the booklet without text, and have students write in each stage of the seed growth cycle.
