Description
Looking for a hands-on way to reinforce long vowel sounds in your homeschool or classroom? These Stamp and Write CVCe Words booklets offer a simple, interactive approach to practicing silent e words. They are perfect for early readers who are working on phonics fluency and spelling skills.
This printable packet includes 5 mini-booklets, each one focusing on a different long vowel with the CVCe (consonant-vowel-consonant-silent e) pattern. Your child will stamp out each word, then write it on the dotted lines.
Here’s what you’ll find in this packet:
★ 5 individual CVCe word booklets – one for each short vowel (a, i, o, u, and one with all vowels except e)
★ 8-10 words per booklet to stamp and write
★ Large dotted lines for early writers
★ Simple cover for students to color
★ Easy-to-cut and staple mini book format
To assemble these easy to print and go booklets:
➡️ Each short vowel booklet contains a cover page, 10 CVCe pages, and an ‘I can read…’ Page.
➡️ The cover page should be first and then ‘I can read…’ Page should be last. The other CVCe pages can be in the order you and your child choose.
➡️ After printing, cut each page in half along the dotted lines. Then staple down the grey edge to make a book.
