Word Families allow our young readers to practice phonics and spelling while recognizing word patterns. These winter cupcakes make practicing word families fun!
In this activity, readers find all of the words on the Winter Cupcake strip that match the same pattern. 66 different word families are included in this printable activity.
Just find a bingo dauber or another manipulative for your early reader to mark the answers for all of the words in the same family.
